Wow, where do I start.Once upon a time....Na, too lengthy, stick to the facts.
Born and raised in Berks County, Pa I started playing guitar at the age of 7. Then I started upright bass lessons with Wes Fisher (no relation) at 12. Over the years I have played with a multitude of different bands starting with the Blue Marsh Ramblers at the age of 13 playing bluegrass for hoedowns, barndances and the like. At the same time I also was playing with the Ghost Ryders, a Berks County based country band all while being active in High School, county, district, regional, and state orchestras and bands to round my high scool career. From there it was several different bands such as Country Connection, Nashville Spirits, San Antonio Rose, Classic Country and a surviving member of the infamous Cool Beans, of which Butch Imhoff and I still resurrect a few times a year as a duo for venues such as Duncan's Corn Maze in rural Robesonia.
In more recent history I have been enjoying being a part of the duo, The Smith Brothers and Stanley and of course the Acoustic Roadshow, playing at some of the finest venues in the Northeast. The Bethlehem Music Fest 2006 being one the most memorable. You can also catch me doing a solo act at establishments such as Johnny and Hon's Robesonia House and The Porch Restaraunt near Myerstown.
